After a lovely first bit of February with ice sculptures and winter walks, the last three weeks I have been sick. Some viral infection, then secondary infection that knocked out my energy.
Reading instead of Social Media: If you are trying to do less social media, one thing to try is having a rule where you read for however many minutes before you go on social media. Or craft, or organize or whatever you want to do more of.
Simple Seasonal Decorating: Perhaps a door wreath, a flower
welcome sign on the porch and a few spring (or fall depending on your season) vignettes on a shelf.
Take Action on a Course: If you have a course or courses, that have been unopened, put a few action steps in
your calendar to move that course forward, ie. Do Module 1, read one chapter, do the course journaling questions.
Use One of Your Self-Care Items: Maybe you have a face steamer or red-light mask you haven't used in awhile. Maybe you have a trigger point massager or essential oils. Bring one of those out so you can use them one evening this week.
Do Taxes: Have you stalled on your taxes? Put some time on your calendar to get back to
them.
Schedule a 2-Hour Mini-Retreat: This weekend to go within, think thoughts & feel feelings. (I have a Simple Retreat Kit that can help)
