Last weekend I attended a women's conference with my friend. The speakers reminded me of who God says we are and how to be grateful and move with grace through the hard times.

Work was very stressful this week, so I needed that reminder!

I love the weather right now. Perfect for walks in nature. We have a hint of color. My grandson found a caterpillar.

1. What are some gentle fall/Halloween shows or movies you can watch?
2. Do you have a DIY project that has gone stagnant? Can you write out the next three steps (under 15 min each)?
3. Find a new nature trail to walk for renewal.
4. Make that health appointment you have been putting off.
5. Catch up with a friend.
6. Go on Facebook events or something similar and plan to do something fun this weekend.
7. Go through one pile of paper while watching TV.
