Hi Friends,
We are finally getting into the fall routine with swim lessons, church activities, exercise classes, etc. Since we don't see my grandson all day, now that he is at school, we get outside
together most evenings. Even if it's just in the backyard.
If you don't have time to do all the tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.
Take a walk at lunchtime.
Tackle a financial item you have been procrastinating on.
Clean up a little spot and then do something creative there.
Return anything you need to return (library book, item from the store, something borrowed from a friend...)
Look ahead in your calendar. Any deadlines or events you can prepare for?
Get cider, caramel apples or another seasonal treat.
Spend sometime in silence, discovering your next chapter.
Are your goals at a stand still? Do you have projects you can't seem to keep going? I'd love to help you by providing accountability and guidance. Let's find your motivation. I have coaching and 30 days of accountability email coaching.
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the
wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
