Hi Friends,

Wow, it's been a long month. I got some flu or Covid and I was down for 3 weeks. Followed by a sinus infection I am just about healed from. But, I am back now.

I took my grandson to a place called Critter Barn. A teaching farm. His favorite were the chicks. Today I took my first walk in ages. So glad to get outside!

If you don't have time to do all the tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.

Journal on the question, "What do I need?"
Do something you have been procrastinating on.
Start working on taxes if you haven't started.
Where can you add some thinking/daydreaming time where you aren't listening or looking at media?
Have that conversation you need to have with someone. Be direct, yet kind.
Plan for this next season.
Add some space to your calendar this weekend to just be.
