Thinking of North Carolina today and others affected by the hurricane. And various relatives with medical issues.

It's a reminder to "suck the marrow out of life." We took the Wild One to a pumpkin patch. My grandson delighted in finding his pumpkins and gourds. He got two bumpy rides on the barrel ride and a lovely hay ride where he put lots of hay in his hair. He also dumped the corn over his head. Brea had the map of the corn maze on her phone. But was videoing Wild One leading us instead of looking at the map, so it was a longer trip through the maze lol

1. Take a technology break for a few hours.
2. Try a new outdoor workout routine.
3. Organize your digital photos.
4. Do one thing you have been procrastinating on this week and think about how good it will feel to have it done.
5. Talk to your resistance.
6. Break a project down further if you can't seem to get going on it. Start with a 15 minute task.
7. Decide on your top 3 tasks are for the coming week.
