Hi Friends,

This week we had a few adventures. We saw the Corpse Flower at Meijer Gardens (we even got on the news). We went on a hunt for the Strawberry Moon since it was so low in the sky. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't see the wasp nest and got stung 5 times. She is fully recovered. 

Our town had a little tractor show and my grandson was able to sit on most of the tractors after asking the owners. We were in the heat wave so we were only out in the morning and evening this week. (Pix by Brea Dargis)

We also decluttered and organized the toy area. (Blog post on that coming.)

Corpse Flower

1. Put some summer/winter fun on your week.
2. Keep an extra pair of clothes in the car just in case there is a water adventure.
3. Have ice cream sundae or a s'more bar with family or friends.
4. Organize your craft supplies so creative work is easier.
5. Spend some extra time outside this week.
6. Enjoy some seasonal fruit.
7. Get caught up on laundry (all the way to folding and putting away)
