Hi Friends,

We took my grandson, Johan, to Frederick Meijer Gardens for art, flowers and playing in the pretend Great Lakes in the Children's Park. Pix by Brea Dargis.

There have also been walks, bubbles, Farmer's Market and picnics. And crabby indoor rain days. Today we get to make some blueberry muffins out of a Grandma and Me cookbook.

1. If you have not been exercising, aim for 5 min a day until it becomes a habit. You can walk, dance, do yoga, life weights or whatever is fun for you.
2. Feeling like you don't have enough money? Donate a bit to the charity of your choice and check out how you feel.
3. Don't put apps you want to use less, on your main screen.
4. How is your pantry looking? Does it need to be re-organized or re-stocked?
5. Evaluate and release obligations if you are feeling overwhelmed.
6. Find out when your local festival or fair is coming up.
7. Plan a weekend road trip to explore nearby areas.
