Hi Friends,

Enjoying some warmer weather and the snow is starting to melt. A few walks and a final Christmas party. I have three bags to take over to charity. We also celebrated my husband's 50th birthday.

When we visited my in-laws they had cranes, geese and swan in the fields surrounding their place. It was a cacophony of bird noises.

I got my February planning done with Friday's planning party and I am looking forward to a month of love and compassion.

1. Explore a new form of physical exercise.
2. Plan your February.
3. What is something you have been procrastinating on? Schedule it for the next couple days.
4. Make sure you don't have projects on your list. Convert them to tasks or they will feel too big to do.
5. Check how much you were on your phone this past week. Use Digital Well Being for Android and Screen Time for Apple.
6. Go to bed 5 minutes earlier today,
7. Rest.
