Hi Friends,
We took my grandson to see RC planes at a
little RC show. We've also been out almost every day on our staycation, now that my Jeep is back from the repair shop. Last week I forgot I didn't have my car and had to walk to the dentist.
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.
Simplify or clean out your spiritual space where you pray or meditate, etc.
Plan for making
a seasonal treat you love. Perhaps caramel apples, homemade bread or real hot chocolate.
Let nature nurture you this week - a nature walk, sitting by a garden or river, eating fruit on the porch.
Plant your bulbs
to come up next week.
Take some time to finish one of the books you haven't completed. If you have gotten away from reading, ask if you are satisfied
only getting nuggets from the internet and if your attention span may be getting smaller.
Spend a little more time in the present this week.
If you have been feeling a dryness in your life, what can you do to feel more
alive?
