I also wanted to let you know of a summit I will be participating in. The Refire Don't Retire Virtual Summit. I will be talking about decluttering during retirement. So if you are around retirement age, you'll find some helpful info here:

1. Start doing daily stretches or the exercises you got from your chiropractor or physical therapist.
2. "Stress is caused by being 'here' but wanting to be 'there'." - Eckhart Tolle
3. What new thought about decluttering, organizing or simplifying can you practice thinking to replace one of your old, unhelpful ones like, "I am lazy." or "Routine is dull."
4. If you are only focusing on what you don't have, tune in today on what you do have. What are your blessings?
5. Remember, in some stages of your life many things won't be done at 100%. If you get comfortable with that, you will feel much freer.
6. Let go of one worry. Give it to God, talk with a friend, release it like a balloon, journal about it. 
7. Practice being consistent with one thing this week.
