Hi Friends,

This is a little late as we went to a visitation for a family friend last night.

Summer at Grandma and Papa's. We visited the great-grandparents, went to some parks, listened to live music, played in the bubble machine, played with kids from nursery. He loves adventures and we are happy he isn't in to devices yet.

After he went home, I was able to go to Yoga at the beach.

1. Bring your to your quiet time/journal the question, "How can I serve?" especially if you are looking for purpose.
2. Schedule 5 activities this week that brings you joy.
3. Get into nature if you have been feeling disconnected to the present moment. Relish the views of the blue heron, hear the soothing babbling brook, become delighted in the different leaves.
4. Have you been drinking enough water?
5. Instead of, "I am overwhelmed", try saying, "I have the capacity." 
6. Notice where you are feeling constricted in your actions, thoughts, or decisions. Decide to expand.
7. Listen to one audio you have meant to hear for awhile.
