Hi Friends,

My grandson is here for the weekend and I took him to a hot-air balloon festival at a near-by town. It was too windy for them to fly, but he didn't care. He thought they were cool on the ground.

1. Go on a photo walk to see nature in a new way.
2. What needs re-organizing that you can do this week?
3. Check out Facebook events or your local newspaper for some live music to attend. Our town has Music on Main most Thursdays in the summer.
4. Examine your wardrobe. Does it make you feel good? Are there clothes you wear but you don't feel great in? 
5. Try exercising outside - walks, hikes, swim, Yoga at the Beach or park class.
6. Where are you trying to control something that isn't yours to control?
7. Set a boundary - state your need and what you will do if it doesn't happen.
