Hi Friends,

This week has felt like a hard week. One of our pastor's wife died from cancer, I had a migraine almost the entire week, and my grandson had a stomach bug which I was being consulted on from afar.

We had a gorgeous snowstorm (pix below). And I ended the week at an 80s musical at the high school with friends. That felt uplifting.

Train in the snow

1. Play with only buying what you need this week.
2. Spend time outside this week no matter the weather.
3. Decide on something you will do before scrolling - for instance read a chapter in a book, have a conversation, or declutter 15 minutes. Only then do you go on social media or wherever you tend to scroll.
4. Eat one more meal at home this week.
5. Think about what you are grateful for before each dinner.
6. What committment or activity is causing you stress? What are some creative solutions for letting go of the task, simplifying, delegating or something else.
7. Set an alarm for 4 times a day and check in to see if you are focused on the task you intended to do.
