Hi Friends,

I have given up Twitter for lent. Too much time getting angry and frustrated. I have felt more relaxed since quitting that social media.

My grandson was over so we had swimming, hiking and playing outside time. He would live outside if he could. It warmed up a bit and hopefully we are done with snow. But, I'm not counting on it :)

He also had fun with my past their prime Valentine's roses.

1. Spend time volunteering or supporting local organizations and initiatives in your community. Do what you can to create a better local community.
2. Take advantage of the longer days to pursue hobbies or creative projects.
3. Use natural cleaning products and methods to reduce your exposure to harmful chemicals.
4. Incorporate more fresh, seasonal produce into your diet, such as greens, berries, and early vegetables.
5. Practice mindfulness by taking breaks and spending time in nature to reduce stress and anxiety.
6. Update your movement plans for the new season. Here in the northern hemisphere I will be going on more outdoor walks and hikes.
7. Welcome the new season by decluttering your living space and donating or selling items you no longer need.
