1. A meaningful, slower life with less overwhelm, requires us to be conscious of what we say yes to.
2. Schedule time to get out into nature - a walk, hike, bike ride, picnic.
3. Create a 4-week menu plan so you can cook at home more often.
4. Who have you been missing that you can plan some time with?
5. Don't just say, "Someone should do something about that." You are someone, what can you do?
6. Use a sunshiney day to do a bit of deep cleaning, when it is easier to see the dirt.
7. Go to bed early one night this week.
