Hi Friends,

My jaw and tooth still don't feel great, but my daughter and I did have an adventure bringing my 2-year-old grandson to see the butterflies at Frederick Meijer Gardens (pix are hers) He squealed with delight as the butterflies surrounded him.

1. Use the Pomodoro technique: This time-management method involves working in focused intervals of 25 minutes, followed by a short break. 
2. Take 30 minutes to declutter the obvious stuff in your home.
3. Use a meditation app like Insight Timer to find short meditations to re-center yourself.
4. With a new season, does anything in your morning routine need tweaking?
5. Embrace imperfection and be kind to yourself when mistakes happen. Everyone is human whether we like it or not.
6. And give grace and forgiveness to others, who are also only human. 
7. Put limits on your technology. Only go on social media at certain times. Stop your notifications. Decide to play games only on the weekend. Or whatever tech pitfall you have been noticing lately.
