Hi Friends,

As I shared in the Facebook group, I was worried about my oral surgery Thursday. I've had a wisdom tooth mostly under the gum, that no one wanted to take out before because a nerve was wrapped around it. But, it got a cavity and I had to get it out. They warned that if they cut the nerve it will feel like my jaw was numb from Novocain but forever. 

Thanks for all the prayers. The nerve is intact and I can feel my face. The post-op is not fun, but it's temporary!

I hope my readers weren't impacted by the tornadoes. We just got some flooding on my road. Thankfully none ended up in the basement.

Today my husband and I took a walk to see and hear the spring frogs.

2. Plan a digital detox today to get off your screens.
3. Host a clothing swap with friends and family to refresh your wardrobes.
4. Incorporate this season's fruits and vegetables into your meals.
5. Take a 10-minute walk after some meals to help with your blood sugar.
6. Take advantage of your library for books and online books to save money. And read a book instead of scrolling in the evening.
7. April is stress reduction month. Take notes on what makes you feel less stressed like nature, yoga, meditation or watching comedy and schedule some into your week.
