Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

We sang for the church service last weekend and this weekend we joined the children for the children's program. And the young adults made delicious cookies for after the service.

This week we decluttered our open area upstairs. We put the tree up for the first time since my son died, so my grandson can enjoy it over Christmas.

I also went to a Christmas Groove and yoga yesterday which was lots of fun. I've been doing the 2022 December Reflections from Susannah Conway on my Instagram if you want to follow along. I have finished the declutter calendar, now to get it on the site. I'll send it out as soon as it is.

1. Schedule time with someone who gives you energy
2. 1 in -2 out rule. When you buy something, get rid of two things until you feel decluttered
3. Block out an evening of alone time
4. Turn off phone, tablet and computer notifications.
5. Cancel unused subscriptions

7. Take a break from the news
