Hi Friends,

I didn't send an email last weekend as I was driving my grandson back home. But, we had a week of small town Christmas fun with train shows, horse carriage ride, lights, decorating cookies, the Christmas parade, a chocolate advent calendar and walks outside. There wasn't much snow most of the time, but it snowed this week and is forecasted to snow for Christmas.

I am looking forward to singing in a Lessons and Carols service at my church this evening. We are singing with another choir.

Also, put on your calendar that the Declutter Group will begin next Jan 23rd. I don't have registration open yet as I am finishing the 2023 Declutter Calendar.

1. What are you thinking that is giving you more stress than needed?
2. Do a little dance, walk or yoga even in the busy seasons for your energy.
3. Journal out an emotion that is distracting you. Feel then let go.
4. Be sure to be with your spiritual life as that is the purpose of this season.
5. Get together with friends or family to get some of the holiday activities done as a group.
6. How do you want to give to the less fortunate this December?
7. Decide not to complain about uncontrollable events like traffic or weather this week.
