Hi Friends,

The snow finally stopped so we were able to get out and about. It's harder this season because my grandson wakes up from his nap not too long before it gets dark. That does mean the light is often stunning.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at my in-laws and relatives came in today as well so my grandson had lots of people to play with.

Take a deep breath as you plan the week ahead and reflect on the week past.

1. What is keeping you from enjoying your life and what can you do to change that today?
2. Write a letter of appreciation to your significant other or a friend.
3. Drop your complaining for the month. It's easy to get stressed out and grumpy during this season. But, is that who you want to be?
4. Get or create an advent calendar.
5. Look for opportunities to get to know someone better.
6. Only put up half your decorations if that sounds relieving.
7. Declutter kid's toys to make room for new ones. No kids at home? Declutter any room for 15 minutes.
