Hi Friends,

Mama is better so my grandson is back at home. This week was a week of catching up with work, home care and seeing friends.

It also decided to snow yesterday and today and it's forecasted for most of next week. Right now the snowflakes are big and fluffy, gently floating to the ground.

1. Decide what’s really important to you in life and for this holiday season.
2. Use a family Google calendar or wall calendar to coordinate things
3. Get enough sleep, especially when it seems you have too much to do
4. Think first before you do something to decide which is the easiest way
5. Simplify your eating and cooking habits these two months so you have more energy for the holiday meals and tasks
6. Avoid crowds and shop at odd times
7. Say no to things that you don’t have the time or energy for
