This was a week of big feelings. We had my Grandma's Memorial. "Force of Nature" is what is on her tombstone. A connector of people, a leader and a doer. Stories, tears and laughter were heard throughout the day.

Then today would have been my son's 30th birthday and have been wondering what the adult version of him would have been. (You can read more about that journey with my book, Messy Grieving.) It would also have been my Grandma's 100th birthday.

Lake Michigan has been healing this week.
