Welcome to this week's tips
We went to play and story time at the park with my church, so my grandson could play with other kids and checkout board books from the Zee bus. He even got a hug from a friend from nursery.
A friend helped me with get my peaches from the Georgia Peach truck when I was watching my grandson by myself. I wasn't sure how I was going to lug a box of peaches and my grandson to the car. So thankful! Brea was off celebrating her birthday.
We also got to listen to a couple outdoor live music events and I went to my first book club in years.
And a few pictures from the week by Brea Dargis.

Also, in case you didn't know I also do coaching if you have habits you want to create, decluttering to do, projects or goals to tackle and could use some support. And email accountability if you just need some checking in to follow through on something(s).
Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.
Compliment someone. Make the world a kinder place.
Celebrate a recent accomplishment before moving onto the next thing. (Want to finish something to celebrate, join the next Project Class.)
What do you need to let go of for this next season of life/version of you?
Reflect on your year so far and update goals/timelines.
What emotion have you been hiding from recently?
Have you been taking anything for granted? What do you have now that at one point was a dream, goal or project?
Do something about something that has been irritating you.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
