We took my grandson camping over Labor Day weekend enjoying family, friends and nature. We love this annual tradition.

I sadly lost one of my Groove friends to cancer this weekend. She was one who was grateful, enthusiastic and caring. She loved to Groove so much she danced on her scooter when injured. May we live this week with joy and love as she did.

1. Find a bank with less checking account fees.
2. Pay attention to the details of work today and work with patience and diligence. (These saves time in the long run)
3. Do the most important thing for today right now.
4. Spend a couple minutes getting your thoughts onto paper in a journal or notebook.
5. Think of scheduling a TV/internet free day every week.
6. Who haven't you seen in awhile that you can re-connect with?
7. Do good because you want to, not because you have to. What are you doing only out of duty?
