My grandson is here all week as my daughter's car needs to be fixed so she has to save for the repair and find someone to do it. Stressful time! And I am figuring out working and watching my grandson. 

Lots of adventures. We went to a party at the park, did the trail storywalk where we saw 4 deer (the story was Blueberries for Sal which reminded me of Grandma), went to a new Park, drank strawberry shakes, played in the water, went on a wet walk at the nature center, visited Nana and Papa, met our friend's dogs.

While he napped today I made up some salsa. Before he came over, I did get to dance on the Blue Bridge in Grand Rapids. That's me near the bottom.

1. Say hi to a neighbor. They can be an important part of a support system.
2. Do one thing you have been procrastinating on.
3. Catch up on phone calls and emails.
4. Do something that brings you joy.
5. What is your body asking of you?
6. Criticism is unavoidable, so don’t make your life about avoiding criticism.
7. Check up on your savings plan. Is it automatic? Can you save a little more each month?
