Welcome to this week's tips
It's strawberry time in Michigan. Johan's still too little for the U-Pick, but we picked up a flat at a local U-Pick place. I washed and froze most of them, but we have been enjoying the juicy berries the past couple of days.
We also picked up the clearance flowers at the greenhouse and filled some pots and added a few more perennials to the side garden. The greenhouse has two big bears my grandson likes to see.
Below are some recent walk pictures from my daughter.
I went on a retreat recently and it was so renewing. I meditated, wrote, prayed, read & wandered in nature. I hadn’t even realized how much in productive mode I have been until I stopped.
A retreat is renewing self care, whether at home or away. Too often we get in the cycle of working too hard then flopping into some passive entertainment like our phones, TV or internet. Then instead of renewed we feel like we lost time and are still jangly.
Real renewal helps you feel calmly energized. And this can be different for everyone.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
