Welcome to this week's tips
Thank you for the condolences on the loss of my Grandma!
I was low energy this week with grief and still feeling tired from Covid. I only made it to the backyard for photos. Animal tracks were all through the snow.
We were talking about paper in the Declutter Group and that encouraged me to go through an old notebook to see if I needed to save anything in there.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.
Remember you have a lot of energy inside of you, you just need to access it and see what's blocking it. (Have you ever been exhausted, then your best friend suggests something fun and next thing you know you are wide awake? That energy was there someplace.)
Put away half the decorations in a room to feel how the space feels.
Call an older relative.
Save an extra 1% this week.
Reflect on your day in the evenings - gratitudes, moments, what you learned.
Notice when you are creating excess drama in your day.
How do you want to feel today? What is one action you can take to help you feel that way?
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
