Welcome to this week's tips
We were going to do our spring decorating, then it snowed so I'm not in the mood yet.

If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you and put them in your calendar or to do list.
Catch up on laundry (including putting it away).
Notice your pace today and see if you can slow down.
Prep for upcoming travel (any hotel to book, tickets to get?)
Take stretch breaks during any computer work.
Look for a way to be kind or helpful today. Get out of your own head.
Use a sound machine with white noise (or use an old fan) to help you sleep better.
What can you do over the weekend that gets you away from tech?

I was talking with someone about what makes my courses different than other declutter/organizational courses. She said it’s because I deal with the emotional aspects and blocks on why we aren’t doing our habits in the first place. It’s not all, "O.k. now do this."
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
