Welcome to this week's tips
I am back from a bit of a summer break. We took my grandson camping in a lodge with family over Labor Day weekend. While there we went to a park and he used a baby swing for the first time. He laughed so much, my husband bought a swing for the backyard.
The cooler weather means more walks and making sauce with all our garden tomatoes. We introduced Johan to the birds of prey at our local Outdoor Discovery Center, which houses injured birds. (His shirt says, "Let's Go on an Adventure," which is something we say when we bring him somewhere.)
Home projects included an office clean up, a paper project where I am scanning some notebooks, and getting back on a house cleaning schedule after letting some things slide for summer.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Put subscriptions you have in your calendar as a recurring item, a couple days before they expire. Then you can decide each month if you are using the subscription or not.
You can put trial subscriptions in your calendar as well, so you can evaluate whether you want to keep it before the subscription ends.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
