Welcome to this week's tips
It was a week of extra work and rain. But, this weekend was glorious. Walks, groove at the park, the first Michigan strawberries from the farmer's market, yoga at the beach, lunch after church catching up with friends I hadn't seen in a long time and a visit from my mother-in-law.
I set up my new scanner and put through this year's receipts. That was my main project this week.
Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Get out the hammock or other outdoor device you don't use enough.
Take a 10-minute sit. Don't do anything.
Set up healthy snacks so they are easy as a bag of junk food.
Do you need to do something new for your exercise?
Set up a different routine for this new season, especially if you have kids.
Take any decluttered items to charity if you have been waiting.
Make time for friends, family and hobbies by doing less internet, phone and TV.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
