Welcome to this week's tips
I've been a regular exerciser for many years. The past few years I did a 30-day yoga challenge in January. I never made it every day. This year I did. In fact, I have done yoga for 65 days straight since I started in December, along with some groove dance, pilates, weights and walking. It's been a few years since I did my Habits and Rhythms class and I have been learning even more about building habits and routines in the past year (hello newborn in the
house.) Routines had been a struggle much of my life and I am happy to have found my rhythm. The class starts March 23rd and you can learn more here.
The snow if finally melting here in Michigan. We took my grandson on a walk in the stroller for the first time outside. Water rushed over the trail so we had to go to the other entrance. We saw two deer.

I am not a natural habits person. While my engineering brain husband has one right way to do everything, I am more “never do the same thing twice” kind of person. So much of the rigid, just do it advice regarding habits did not work for me. I needed a more flexible way to create my day with my habits and rhythms.
You may be similar. Try to create a habit. Fail. Try to create a habit. Fail. So frustrating!
Trying again the way you have been, may not be the answer. It could be time to try a new way and get support.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
