Welcome to this week's tips
And still a way busier than normal week with lots of work and more doctor appointments. A lot did not get done. This almost didn't. I am happy this week looks back to normal. A breath for calm for you and me.
I finished my 30-Day Yoga journey with Yoga with Adriene. I've tried before. This is my fourth year and the first year I did yoga every day. (Often while Johan was watching from his play mat. He thought it was funny looking.) Sometimes results take more time than you think they will. But, if we keep persevering, it's bound to happen.
We went no where fun, so I kept the pictures from last week in case you missed them.
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Clear your workspace.
Double a dish you are cooking and freeze for another meal.
See if you can keep your emails shorter than 5 sentences. And clear. Look over your email and notice what questions the reader might have that you can answer before sending.
What can you do less than perfectly this week, on purpose?
Create a home for some object that is just hanging out in your house.
Almost nothing that you are worrying about today will actually happen.
Take 10 deep breaths.
