Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
This week I did video podcast interview on decluttering and creativity. It's been awhile since I've done an interview. I was nervous, but I am learning how to settle some of that anxiety now and it turned out really well. It's part of a
Breakthrough to Creativity Show that will have daily interviews from Aug. 19 to Sept. 8 where creativity and business experts sharing insights about the creative mindset and the business side of creativity. The series is free if you want to sign up.
I am also creating a free 5-day declutter your desk challenge
right now so look for it coming up.
I enjoyed a morning motorcycle ride, Saturday. We saw the bald eagle again along the river. Also the tiniest butterfly. Every irrigation stream we passed showed a rainbow. Wildflowers along the road shared their beautiful scent.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
What do you need in order to radiate today?
What is blazing in your heart that you can take
action on today?
Move with your natural rhythms rather than fight them. Think of an area you can bring yourself closer to your natural rhythms. ie a nap or changing the time you exercise
During your day, consciously re-plan when things happen. Re-visit your priorities. Keep flexible and fluid.
Celebrate your accomplishments during your breaks.
Get things out for your next activity rather than rushing into the upcoming task.
Create a new system or set up to
take care of something you often forget. ie putting library books in a tote bag and putting the due dates in your calendar
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
If you have projects that you procrastinate on, you can get more done on your project (s) in 5 weeks than you have in months. I’ll help you make them more fun and less like work. You can use my method on projects delegated to you and projects you decide to do.
Projects can be overwhelming. Too
often we work on little tasks which seem easier, escaping the more challenging projects.
But, projects are where your goals and dreams are. Life feels unfulfilling when you concentrate on all your energy on tiny to dos. It starts to feel like all your do is routine duties. What if your projects seemed less scary? What if you knew the next steps to take to get a project done? I love to help make your projects feel more fun and easy.
You’ll get:
5 online classes (with
transcripts in case you can’t make the class) - Mondays at 8pm ET
Facebook group for accountability
A printable project planner
I want you to be able to take action on your projects in the most pleasant way possible. You can feel confident about your ability to handle projects and move your life forward. You will know you can follow through on your goals.
How many partly done or un-started projects do you have around? How would it feel complete
them?
Clients say they get so much more done in my classes then they do by themselves. Give yourself the support you need.
