Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
It's Tulip Time this week in West Michigan. I think we had the most gorgeous weather this weekend for it. 70 and
sunny.
I usually stay away from Tulip Time because it's so busy, so my pictures are not of tulips.
I am also back at my Groove dance class after months practicing for the musical. It's also time for evenings out by the backyard fire.
My procrastination course is newly updated. There
are many different ways to stop procrastination just as there are many reasons for procrastination. Or if you'd like more support, I can be your accountability partner for the month.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
What are good qualities of the people you work or live with?
Make a call to someone
who used to be in your support system, but you have lost touch.
What do you love about one of your mundane chores?
Make a list of the good things you accomplished so far this month. And if you say nothing, I won't believe you.
Decide to make a weekly chore every other week. See if anything terrible happens.
Before you add anything more to your life - subtract something.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
Too many times we have good intentions, but if we don’t take action it doesn’t get done. I believe procrastination is one of the biggest barriers to living a life that we want.
Have you had great ideas, but never
followed-through?
Do household chores and work tasks not get done because you don’t like to do them?
Do you want to start exercising and eating right, but just haven’t gotten to it yet?
Do you spend so much time on other people’s projects, you don’t have time for your own?
Do time wasters like TV, chatting and shopping eat up time for your goals?
Does the thought of all your to do’s drain your
energy?
Procrastination sucks our energy, causes us stress, and lowers our self-esteem. We feel guilty and make excuses. I know, I am a recovering procrastinator. Don’t let procrastination destroy your dream of creating a life worth living.
Imagine waking up refreshed because you are feeling good about yourself. You are being productive and letting go of excuses. You do what you say you will. You plan your day, yet are flexible enough to rebound
when plans don’t go as you want. Your life is more like the life you have been dreaming about. Quit procrastinating and order now… or read the class description.
