If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.

  1. List habits you would like to change or add.
  2. Call, email, text, write some people you want to catch up with.
  3. Implement a Sabbath day this week.
  4. Notice your buying this week and see if it is helping you get closer to your goals or further away.
  5. After you complete your work, write out a list for the next day.
  6. Bundle your tasks like emails, calls, errands.
  7. How can you add play into your work?
