Lent is coming up Feb 14th. Lent invites us to slow down and to release things that are holding us back from a spiritual, conscious life. So I created a Simplifying for Lent Guide for $1.99.

The snow has been coming down all week, putting me in hermit mode. I have a stack of books I have been reading.

My daughter was over one day, but it was too snowy to get into the wetlands parking lot so no pictures.



 
Weekly Simplicity Tips

​​​​​​​If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.

  1. Manage your surfing and gaming time with a timer.
  2. Plan your spring/fall vacation.
  3. Enjoy some stretches during work breaks.
  4. Where are you doing more than you need to because of fear?
  5. Update or set a nurturing morning routine.(Habits class just opened for registration)
  6. Shred paperwork you no longer need.
  7. Practice not interrupting people.
