Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,

That full moon was just gorgeous this week, wasn't it? It's been mostly rainy and cold here, so no outdoor pictures. But, my Dad sent me a few pictures you might get a kick out of. Two with my little sister (gotta love the glasses!) and a family portrait from the late 80's. I am in front in black.

The accountability group with procrastination course just started Wednesday and everyone is getting so much done. You are welcome to still join for the rest of the month.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
  1. Clear off your desk.
  2. Enjoy the season.
  3. Teach someone to do laundry or do some laundry catch up.
  4. Write someone a quick note of encouragement.
  5. Remember it doesn't have to all be done today, it only seems that way.
  6. Take 5 minutes to breathe before you get home from work or the kids get home from school.
  7. Take a real day off this weekend.

Warmly,

I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.

I deliver…

Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”

I am currently doing a group for decluttering and they are making such progress.

“Having someone to help you along the path of your goals is so important.” – Melissa

“A group helps to know I’m not alone, but also, quite unexpectedly, it makes me feel more determined to succeed in THEIR honor, or for their sake.” – Janet

“I have found that working alongside other people who are also tackling their goals has been supremely motivating for me. I feel inspired when I see/hear the successes of other group members and I feel excited to share my accomplishments with everyone. It’s much more interesting than working alone in my own little bubble and it’s fun to support and be supported!” – Janet W

“In Gretchen Rubin’s book, The Four Tendencies, I am classified as an Obliger. That means I’m someone who easily meets outer expectations but has trouble doing the things on my own to-do list. She suggests that having a system of outer accountability is a great way to meet my personal expectations. Beth’s various groups are the best method I’ve discovered for finding accountability partners who will help keep me on track so I can both start and complete projects. Thanks so much, Beth!” – Carol

I wanted to keep the progress going for them, so I thought we could have an accountability group from Nov. 1-Nov 20th. $10
