Hi Everyone,
A week-long migraine, two work mistakes, and husband's work stress made for a yucky week. But, we still got to do our daily walks, our flowers are growing nicely, fresh tomatoes and peppers from our garden. (pix below from my daughter, Brea.)
I've heard from clients that they are having a much harder time getting motivated as the Co-Vid stress drags on. I have opened up some slots for Email Accountability where we can check in every weekday and I have monthly coaching if you want some longer sessions.
