Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
We managed to get out every morning for a walk this week. And spent the day at Frederick Meijer Gardens. We usually go during the butterfly exhibit each year, but it was closed for Co-Vid. But, now we were able to wander the outdoor gardens. (Pix by my daughter Brea)
I also got to Skype with Grandma who has been stuck inside the nursing home since March 1 except for one doctor's appointment. And no visitors or communal activities. If you know anyone in a nursing home, be sure to reach out.
