Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
My daughter Brea is home for a little bit, finishing up a bookkeeping course (need any bookkeeping work? Email beth@mysimplerlife.com )
We got in a few more walks this week. (Pix below by Brea).
We are also cooking lots of fresh vegetables from the farmer's market for lunch.
2 upcoming class opportunities:
1) My friend Marcia is doing two 4 Tendencies courses in August based on the 4 Tendencies from Gretchen Rubin (Obliger, Questioner, Upholder, Rebel)
2) August 3 begins the Pleasant Project class. If you have projects you keep meaning to get to, but that aren't happening, we would love to have you!

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Watch must less news this week.
Where can you turn down the noise in your life?
Do at least one things slower than usual. How did it feel?
Let yourself choose what is important to your life and with your family.
Contemplate something in nature.
Take two things off tomorrow’s to do list.
Call someone in a nursing home. Many are still in lock down.
How many partly done or un-started projects do you have around? How would it feel complete them? Don’t just say you’ll do your projects, let’s actually get them finished.
Clients say they get so much more done in my classes then they do by themselves. Give yourself the support you need.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
