Hi Everyone,
We had a vacation that turned out to be mainly a staycation since it was in the 90s, not great for an outdoor hiking trip. I did spend three mornings at the beach and saw some relatives.
Brea and I took a couple early morning walks (Pix below).
August 3 begins the Pleasant Project class. If you have projects you keep meaning to get to, but that aren't happening, we would love to have you!

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Where are you holding on and trying to control? Can you try letting go, surrendering, and accepting?
Forgive yourself.
Look for joy in your home care.
Create a regular kitchen cleaning schedule.
What good thing are you waiting to do some day?
If you are overwhelmed by how much you didn't do today, write up a list of all of the things you did complete today.
