Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Three stories just in the past couple days where major news media edited video completely changing the meaning of what was said. Don't assume you are seeing the truth. Always look for the full video or transcript.
Notice how much you are judging other people for not responding to current events exactly how you would or think they should.
How good is your multi-tasking? Count to 10. Now recite the alphabet A-J. Now alternate. Most people take much longer when they alternate.
Read something deeply instead of skimming.
Think about where you give away your decision making power. Do you always say, "Wherever" or "Whatever?"
Put a project on hold for the next couple months, so you can be outside more.
