Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Earlier this week I got swept up and watched too much news and Facebook on the Coronavirus. I had a hard time concentrating and had no energy. I stopped exercising. Friday I knew I had to get back on track so I limited what I watched, I've been checking in with loved ones, and we've been getting out every day for nature walks. (See the Sandhill Cranes below.) Today I am writing Grandma whose facility will not allow visitors now.
People are using this time to do some decluttering, learn something new, take some extra solitude for spiritual and inner work, baking with the kids, doing science experiments together. I always hear that we don't have enough time to do things - but now many of us have the extra time when so much is shut down. It's a great time to evaluate what is important in your life.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
If you have extra time this week, what would you like to do?
Who can you call, text, email, check up on?
What is an act of kindness you can do during this time? Make a donation to a food bank, pay for a single mom's babysitter, write letters to nursing homes, offer to pick up items for someone that is immune compromised.
Up your self-care in at least one way - more sleep, more veggies, exercise.
Lean in on a spiritual practice (My church is reading Psalm 46 every day for 46 days).
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
