Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Spring is coming. The snowdrops are blooming. We went on a 2-hr hike today. Muddy, but beautiful.
This week I've been playing with doing my work first before client work and I made exceptional progress on my projects.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
How can you move a project forward?
A beautiful bowl from the kitchen can hold your rings, watch and wallet on your dresser.
Put a small recycling bin where you open your mail.
Keep a laundry basket or box in the laundry room for clothes to give to charity.
Where are you feeling stifled? Is there anyway to bring more freedom into that area of your life?
Think of one way to give support to a loved one this week.
Get someone to massage your back or use one my my favorite tools Body Back Buddy.
Many of us our overwhelmed and we are always saying, “I don’t have enough time.”
Ask yourself: do you want to live your life in a constant state of hurry and worry, stress and exhaustion?
When it comes to time, have you tried system after system but nothing works?
Or do you keep all your to dos in your head hoping you don’t forget anything?
Or worse, have a time system that takes so much time to manage you wonder if it’s even worth it?
Do you want a simpler, easier, lighter relationship to time without all the guilt, shame and not-enoughness?
We want to feel more peaceful, in the flow and have time to breathe. We want to feel in harmony with time, not falling behind or rebelling against.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope.
On the wings of understanding and encouragement.
