If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.

1. Exercise at least 5 minutes a day to help with stress.
2. Schedule 10 minutes of fun.
3. Go to bed a few minutes early at least once this week.
4. Say no to at least one task this week.
5. Get all your todos out of your head and onto paper.
6. Any holiday tasks you can delegate?
7. Give yourself a time limit if you have a project you can get carried away with.
