My tendonitis is getting better so I am doing more walks. Still not too long. (Pix below)
A friend had a yoga/dance 50th birthday party outside. Next year will be my big 5-0. Makes you think!
I also went to the local Chalkfest to look at some chalk artists in action. (see the fish in the bag below)
I am still working on a 30 day digital fast. I keep having to start over. Read about the fast and more in my new blog post Digital Minimalism.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Take an evening walk around the block. Perhaps talk with a neighbor.
Support a small neighborhood store.
Be clear with your yes and nos
Is unsolved anger eating up your thinking space?
Decide not to be a chameleon, but who you are.
Remove from your calendar one activity that takes more time than it gives in fulfillment.
