Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Often people get excited by certain goals. Especially at the beginning of the year or the month. But, by the end of the year or the end of the month, nothing happened. Or it did briefly but you quit in discouragement.
That’s because goals have language where you can easily fail. I will exercise 5 days a week. When you don’t you have failed. I will organize my home. When you don’t you have failed. I will try one new recipe a month. And then you don’t…
What needs to happen is turning your goal into a project. You can have a Project You healthy living project. Where you decide on some incremental action steps and if they don’t happen, you figure out a different way to do it. You can always hop back in because it’s a project.
Project Organize Your Home can include specific times to organize, a few action steps to start with and evaluation at the end of the week to see if you want to change anything.
Project Recipe could include finding recipes you want to do, planning a specific date and then deciding if you actually want to do this project after a couple months. Maybe you go to a new recipes 4 times a year.
If you have had a goal that just hasn’t happened this year, take it to my Pleasant Projects class and we will get it done.

I want you to be able to take action on your projects in the most pleasant way possible. You can feel confident about your ability to handle projects and move your life forward. You will know you can follow through on your goals.
How many partly done or un-started projects do you have around? How would it feel complete them? Don’t just say you’ll do your projects, let’s actually get them finished.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
