Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Last weekend was the HMS Pinafore musical I was in. We did 5 shows in 4 days so I did some recuperating this week.
I was also diagnosed with tendonitis on the tendon in the back of my leg so I've been walking with an ankle brace. My doctor said, "No, dancing all week in heeled character shoes did not help." Ah well, I'll be good this week.
I apologize if you went to the site last week and found an error message. My site was automatically updated and something went wrong. But, it is back up.

1. Take at least 10 minutes tomorrow morning for some quiet reading or prayer
2. Do deep breathing at all the red lights today
3. Make a to do list this evening for tomorrow
4. Clear off the top of your desk or at least one pile
5. Say no to something this week
6. Do one thing at a time as much as possible this week
7. Take a dancing break in your living room one evening
