Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
A couple walks at the wetlands this week, but mostly snow and windstorms this week.
Saturday when I had the house to myself I took at at-home retreat with the cat - yoga, dancing, prayer, meditation, and lots of reading. I have an at-home retreat kit if you want to do your own.
I am deciding on the next class to do for the spring. If you look at my class list you can reply to this email if there is a class you want to do or you can suggest another topic. I want to support you in what you are working on.

Put a small recycling bin where you open your mail.
Keep a laundry basket or box in the laundry room for clothes to give to charity.
Where are you feeling stifled? Is there anyway to bring more freedom into that area of your life?
Think of one way to give support to a loved one this week.
Finish one project before starting another one.
Get someone to massage your back or use one my my favorite tools Body Back Buddy.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
