Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
How cold is it for you, friends in the Northern Hemisphere? Here in Michigan it is cold and it's only supposed to get colder. -3 on Wednesday is the high with lots of lake effect snow. It's about this time of year I get cabin fever, so I wrote up some ideas at the blog. I also ran across a post with 52 Tiny Changes to Simplify
Your Life if you are looking for a step-by-step you can do this year.
The next Get it Done Day is Feb 13th. It's amazing how much we get done during this day and time flies by. Unlike slogging through the to do list alone.

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Think of a current problem and come up with 10 possible solutions.
Set up or clean up recycling center.
Create a list of things to paint, fix and repair in your home.
Put in the calendar a fix it day to get started on that list.
Do your pets need any vaccinations or pet care?
Don't buy non-necessities immediately. Put them on a list you look at weekly to see if you still want them.
Check online or in the paper for local events and attractions that might be fun.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
Do you have those things that just never seem to get done? Things you procrastinate on like organizing a closet, making a difficult phone call or a business report? Get It Done Day is for tackling that energy draining to do list. Working together, laughing and connecting with others who don’t have “it all together” (which we know is an illusion anyway) can be a fun way of completing those things.
I want you to feel centered, responsible and less frazzled. To move forward with your goals and projects and find more energy by finishing up those incompletes.
Accountability is the best way I know to conquer procrastination.
Last month’s group got so much accomplished and had fun doing that we scheduled the next one right during chat.
